You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, but not before receiving the goods and the cancellation policy in text form by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). This will be done promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
Expiry Reasons
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the delivery of digital content not located on a physical data carrier when the entrepreneur has started executing the contract after the consumer has
given their express consent that the entrepreneur can start executing the contract before the end of the reflection period and confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal with the start of the contract execution.

Return Guarantee
Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal (see above), we grant consumers a 14-day voluntary money-back guarantee. The period is 14 days from the date of sale.
To claim the 14-day money-back guarantee, you must notify Tech Licenses of your decision to terminate this agreement by a clear written statement (e.g., letter, email). After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, we require a reason for claiming the money-back guarantee. The deadline is met if the revocation is received in writing by us before the end of the 14 days.
Your payment will be refunded in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
Entrepreneurs are excluded from the 14-day money-back guarantee.
The statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by the voluntary extension to 14 days.
